  • Reinforced concrete frame comprising of foundations, columns,beams and slabs, designed in accordance with earthquake regulations of Cyprus.
  • Exterior walls are of 30cm thick klimalite. Internal partition walls are of 10cm hollow bricks.

  • The entrance hall, living, dining areas and kitchen will be paved with ceramic tiles.
  • Verandas at first floor will be paved with ceramic tiles.
  • The bathrooms will have ceramic floor tiles.
  • The bedrooms will have laminated parquet floor.
  • Parking area will be of asphalt.

  • External surfaces have 3 coats of plaster and 3 coats of exterior use paint. Part of external walls are decorated with stone.
  • Internal surfaces shall have 3 coats of plaster and 3 coats of emulsion paint.
  • WC walls will be lined with ceramic wall tiles.
  • Kitchen walls between cupboards and bench will be lined with ceramic tiles.
  • The ceilings of entrance hall, dining areas and bedrooms are of fair faced concrete treated with 2 coats of spatula and 3 coats of emulsion paint.
  • Ceilings of bathrooms & kitchens are made of gypsum boards.
  • All flat roofs and verandas are inverted type construction incorporating waterproof membrane and rigid thermal insulation.
  • Sloping roofs are constructed with treated softwood joists with aged Portuguese clay tiles.
  • Main entrance door shall be of oak hardwood frame and solid wood leaf.
  • All internal doors shall be of oak hardwood frame. Door leaves will be of soft wood sub frame faced with wood veneer oak.
  • All external doors and windows are made of wood grain effect aluminium, complete with all necessary accessories and double glazing.
  • All doors and windows are hinged type.
  • External bedroom doors and windows are hinged sections internally and French type shutters externally made from aluminium.
  • The kitchen will have a composite stone quartz worktop.
  • The kitchen cupboards will be imported from Italy with doors to be solid beech frame and stained beech veneer panel. The structure will be chipboard with melamine finish painted with walnut colour. In the cupboards, under-sink aluminium bases with basket, totally extractable drawers with cutlery display and dishes display are included.
  • The bedroom wardrobes have sliding doors 18mm chipboard faced with wooden veneer.


  • All flat roofs and verandas are inverted type construction incorporating waterproof membrane and rigid thermal insulation.
  • Sloping roofs are constructed with treated softwood joists with aged Portuguese clay tiles.
  • Hot and cold water is supplied through insulated copper pipes.
  • Pressurised system for the hot and cold water is provided.
  • PVC pipes are used for the drainage system which is connected to the central sewage system.
  • TV points in the living area and all bedrooms.
  • Switches with safety fuses or dipolar switches with light indicators are installed for all kitchen appliances in accordance with the Electricity Authority's regulations.
  • All switches and sockets are stainless steel.
  • Telephone lines are installed, with telephone sockets in the kitchen, living room and all bedrooms.
  • Shaver sockets in all bathrooms.
  • Solar panels and electric water heaters are provided.
  • External lights are operated with sensor.
  • Ceiling and wall light fittings in all rooms.
  • Full installation of VRV built in air-conditioning inverter type, with heat pump for all bedrooms and sitting areas, and is common for each block.
  • The ground floor apartments have landscaped gardens with full irrigation system. Each garden has separate water meter. The water for irrigation is not potable.
  • Kitchen appliances of Inox finish are installed, consisting electric oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and extractor hood.
  • The entrance of the project has electrically operated gates, controlled by telecode system. A keypad unit is provided.
  • Roads and parking spaces are paved with asphalt.
